What: A panel of nationally recognised experts, who actively participate and share years of experience partake in a two-way dialogue with the audience, while you enjoy a selection of healthy and contemporary buffet style breakfast options. Come along to network and connect with like-minded participants. The cost is $65.00 pp, with breakfast included.

Catriona Malcolm is a learner advocate working as a Learning Portfolio Manager responsible for Role Readiness across the Westpac Group. Cat has been working within the Group L&D team to re-imagine the new starter experience. Most recently this work has taken a 100% face to face experience to a blended on the job learning experience utilising multimedia content, guided exploration of on the job tools and resources, simulations, on the job assignments, interactive WebEx sessions and practical workshops.

New starters are guided through the experience by emails and a facilitator that they connect with via Yammer, phone, Skype and WebEx.
Naomi Waldron has over a decade's experience in learning design for adults, working for clients across corporate, government, education and not-for-profit sectors. She enjoys designing the kinds of learning experiences which help people to change their behaviours, and typically these are technology-mediated.

Matthew Manson is an learning experience design specialist working with individuals, training organisations and corporate training departments to develop effective and engaging training resources that result in better training, better outcomes and better returns. He turns their expertise into innovative and engaging online resources, using the SUPERB principles of good learning experience design.

Using modern instructional design methodologies, combined with the latest educational technologies, he develops a range of training resources including print based resources, eLearning resources and digital publications.
Dr Anitza Geneve is an education professional specialising in digital learning in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. She has over twenty years of experience in teaching, technical, management and consultant roles. Her current role with TAFE Queensland focuses on implementing strategic initiatives to drive student engagement which includes digital product development, data analytics and the use of a range of educational technologies.

A key area of her focus is in supporting the digital literacy needs of both students and educators.
