I found the event on Leadership and Engagement really informative. It was a good opportunity to meet new people that shared my passion.

Michelle Ocker was excellent as she professionally moderated the session. I came away energised and very satisfied as a result of the rich constructive conversations between the presenters and the audience.
I will definitely be attending more sessions.

I have attended a number of different Learning and development conferences, meet up's and seminars, and have been very impressed with the fishbowl format that Trent Rosen organises.

I love the intimate feel of the format, and the interactivity between the panel, the audience and the hot seat where people from the audience can bounce in and out of to be a part of the panel.

The topics have also been really interesting, on what is trending in the L&D world (and quite literally not just in AU but globally) and how we can implement those strategies and trends here (or not), and the panel has been quite diverse too. It has also been a fantastic opportunity to network with likeminded people.

Trent, I look forward to attending many more of the Fishbowl events - well done!

I much prefer the Fishbowls to a traditional panel presentation. The knowledge gained from the panel provide a more conversational setting which allows you to go deeper into the topics where you experience more meaningful insights.

I have attended several of the PSK Performance Fishbowl Events. The calibre of panellists is excellent and discussion topics relevant and contemporary for Learning and Development professionals.

The fishbowl format is relatively informal, interactive and conversational, with opportunity for attendees to participate in the discussion.

It’s also a great opportunity to catch up with other L&D professionals. A valuable event.

Having attended a previous Fishbowl event, I think the format is a great way to share and discuss new ideas and trends in the industry.
Being able to take up a vacant chair and be part of the panel is exciting and adds to the event - you never know who will jump into the chair.
I highly recommend the FishBowl events as it allows you to participate and learn in a friendly and social surrounding.
