Event Changes
PSK Performance reserves the right to make changes, as necessary, at anytime to the event speakers, venue or agenda.
Attendee Requirements
Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and PSK Performance shall have no liability for such costs.
Use of Likeness. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant PSK Performance the right at the Event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to PSK Performance includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
By attending a PSK Performance event your registration signals the acceptance that includes the sharing of basic contact details on the attendance list with our sponsors. Should you wish to opt-out, please email to enquiries@pskperformance.com.au to indicate your preference to be removed.
Fees
Payment. The payment of the applicable fees for the Event is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason PSK Performance may refuse to admit you to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
Communications from us
When using our service you may receive event-triggered messages to facilitate use of our service, including, but not limited to, password reminders, registration confirmations and event start reminders. We may communicate from time to time with you regarding service availability, service changes, upcoming conferences, and availability of new products. Additionally, you may receive periodic newsletters describing best practices, industry news and various other topics we believe may be of interest.

Information we collect may be stored and/or processed in the Australia or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers or agents maintain facilities. By using the site, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.
